This 3 day job was chaotic from inception to end; however, the floors turned out great. We had no firm contract, sales agent was absent on first day, the crew (father and son) were constantly moaning, wanted use of restroom facilities (none others have asked for this!), were fearful of my dogs (were not forewarned), loud music, walking into areas without knocking, regardless of our privacy and that the dogs were being contained in rooms that they had no business being in.
Suggestion - train your crew to be respectful of privacy, and not offload on clients with personal problems of the son and lack of meds causing him to be rude. This is not my concern.
