Thank you for a very positive dealership experience. Purchasing a vehicle, specifically sitting for hours and hours at a dealership is not on my top 10 list; however, you took the time to understand what I needed to get me through the process. By sending me texts, videos, talking to me over the phone, etc., allowed me NOT to have to sit in a dealership for so long, but also helped expedite the process when I arrived to pick up my new Honda CRV (LOVE IT)!
