I have been taking my miniature poodle to Little Dogs for over a year now. I have utilized the grooming, daycare, and the boarding. If I have ever had an issue with any aspect of my dogs care, it was addressed professionally and expediently. I wasn't happy with my dogs haircut and they had me bring him back the next day to fix it (without charge). I was extremely surprised to see the negative reviews here but once reading them, I could tell they weren't all truthful and one of them was just spiteful. Little Dogs do not have kennels which is why I chose this facility. If a dog is misbehaving uncontrollably, they call the owner right away. Little Dogs doesn't charge for reservation changes. I have never had to make a deposit for boarding. I have never had a problem rescheduling a grooming. My dog is always excited when we pull up to the facility and it is very evident that the employees love working with the babies. I would, and have, recommended Little Dogs to anyone with a small breed. They organize the dogs by temperament and size so that the little ones don't get overwhelmed by their slightly larger brethren.
