Ferazzoli sure needs to work on their customer service. I ordered a beautiful marble countertop for my new bathroom. Once my new vanities were installed they came to my home to template. I was not home at the time, my general contractor let them in. When the counters were installed the sinks were off center! I certainly didn't ask for that and the architect's plans do not call for it either. The plumbing doesn't even match up. They will replace the countertops as my local stone provider is guaranteeing my Happiness. But they have put me at the back of the line for a templating appointment. So It will likely be a full month before this mistake is rectified. The customer clearly doesn't come first with Ferazzoli!
