Items missing from car, most likely due to car being left unlocked and unattended. Greasy wheel and grease marks on ceiling after picking up car. Smart key reprogrammed without telling you, leaving the other key useless.
Repair was extremely slow. Took many days, without offering a loaner. Communication was lousy. I wish I could rate them 0 stars, but I'm forced to give a one.
Service manager is nice and sincere, but entire experience had been lousy. Go to your local Midas instead, they can't be any worse.
