Yesterday I had a minor flood in my house when my toilet leaked at the base and the water soaked through the ceiling into the kitchen. \r
\r
I first called a BGE because I have a ""smart service"" contract for my furnace and water heater, but they couldn't commit that they would be able to fix the problem since apparently their plumbers don't do any work that might involve having to go through walls and, at this point, I didn't k now whether my problem was the toilet or a leak somewhere in the pipes. Another plumber recommended by a friend, was not able to provide someone the same day. I then called Catons because I had seen their trucks in the neighborhood.\r
Catons was able to have a plumber out there in 2 hours. The plumber was knowledgeable and informed me about the nature of the problem as well as options and what it would cost. They also had their ""restoration"" person come by to examine the situation and advise me on whether the area above the ceiling could air dry or would need more intensive drying. \r
\r
While not an inexpensive fix, they were professional and seemed to do a good job. I would definitely call them again if I need plumbing services.
