They're still at it with hidden fees month after month. Watch the water bill! They will charge you for other tenants' usage! You will spend an eternity trying to get unfounded charges reversed, and if you do it will be at a high emotional price. The office manager will insult, intimidate, and try to humiliate you if you ask questions, and her rude, mean-spirited replies will send your temper to the boiling point. Advice: pay rent by check rather than online so you can dispute over-charges. Copy corporate on ALL communications and DO NOT visit the office in person. That manager is insulting and infuriating to even the best of us and she shouldn't be given the opportunity to interact with the public.
