I had dentures made at this location (Easley SC) and the service from beginning to end was a nightmare! In less than 2 weeks of having my dentures, I requested a refund and went to another office to have them re-made. The quality of the dentures between the 2 offices (same company) was as different as day and night. In my opinion, the entire staff needs to be replaced and started over if they ever want to have satisfactory clients. The office manager at this office was horrible - she was insensitive to my personal needs regarding my dentures and on top of it all - she had appointments available the day I went in to request an adjustment and told me she couldn't fit me in to days later - I requested my money back and went elsewhere.. I would not recommend anyone to use this location of Aspen dental until they entire staff is replace - if you do it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make. I recommend the Simpsonville location on Fairview Rd - it was perfection at that location from beginning to end. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I receive at the Simpsonville location - I really do have something to smile about now .. but would have a big smile if the ENTIRE STAFF at the Easley location is replaced. Only would I know then that anyone that went into that office would not go what I went through - it was a horrible experience.
