my insurance company made a reservation for a rental car from enterprise for me when my car was being repaired after being in an accident.I arrive to pick up my car after enterprise picked me up from the body shop and the car was not ready I was told that I needed to wait 45 minutes and they would call me when the car was ready.after an hour and 15 minutes I called them to be told that a car had just come in and would be ready for me in 20 minutes.unfortunately this is not the first time that I have had difficulty with enterprise car rental.the prices are extremely high the service is not great and every time I've had to wait even if I had a reservation.I would not recommendthis company to anyone ever
