We were really happy with the attention that our kitty received, with how much information we received from the vet and the tech, and by how clear they were about what the costs would be. I found this to be especially notable: the vet prioritized what she saw as the most important things to do were, and allowed us to make the decisions on whether to get this immunization or not. I never felt that we were being pushed to do something or select another treatment. They were fabulous with a cat that is usually very unhappy at the vet's, and very reassuring with us.
