Dear Dales Daniel came to our home to do a tune up on our HVAC system Thursday the 31st of July. He is very neat, polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained his mission, made a suggestion on a drain from the outside unit and followed up a day later to install a plug as discussed. I was very impressed and think Daniel is a good find and hope you keep him on the team as he mentioned he is new to the area.
