I have been going to Bakersfield Hyundai for 5 years and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and if I have to wait any length of time, they have a couple of nice waiting rooms with TVs and offer water, coffee, and pastries. They also provide a shuttle to take you home if you choose not to wait there. All this helps when you have to wait, but the main thing is the service. The service techs keep me informed of what's going on from the time they take my car back to the end of the job, and when all done, they wash my car! How great is that?!! I won't go anywhere else, not even for an oil change. Very satisfied, highly recommend, even if you don't have a Hyundai.
