Have used R&S for 14 years. Inherited Concord in 2009 when Hayward could no longer service my gates due to geography. That's when the nightmare began. With the exception of Justin who is an outstanding tech and very responsive, my experience has been they rest ofmthenorganization is completely inept. Just completed a major gate upgrade with new controller, new loops, gate security reinforcement, etc. First rain, the new metal rusted (wasn't painted correctly) circuit board shorted out (screw was left off the box) gates went down, couldn't open manually (tech knew that but didn't inform anyone) I was captive and unable to leave my property for two hours. The emergency tech response was appalling as was the lack of customer service from Tom the Sales Manager. I have five messages into Ken the owner who has never had the courtesy to return my calls. Have never receive any type of conciliation with the exception of Justin. Even the office staff has no clue what is what. Once I had signed the paper work it took R&S two months and much badgering to start the work. more
