I had an issue with our furnace going off and on and was concerned since it was fairly new still The Service
Technician, James Thompson, knew just what to do and was able to handle this situation. He brought another guy with him, Mike C., who also was friendly like James and I really, really appreciated them. It had been upsetting but all is well now. Thanks.
