It was the eve before Thanksgiving 2014
A panic set in as the heater was not kicking in
A short pause and off to the phone to
Choate's AC/Heat line, a nice lady came on the
Other end of my phone, how can we help
You, you need not fear, John is leaving now
And soon he will be there, near.
Just a short time later he was on the job
Assuring me it would be easy, and I was not alone
Like an old family friend he made my anxieties, panic
And mistrusts all but disappear
With a few adjustments and a return with new parts
He calmed all my nerves, alleviating all of my freights
In no time at all the heater was again running perfect
Now keeping this home inviting, toasty and just right.
His work ethics and diligence are to be of commend
His customer relations are just as worthy, could be
A therapist, nerve healer, writer's block unlocker
A great technician with the makings of a great friend
All in all delivered in the most beautiful of faces, thru those ocean blue eyes, so disarming with all the charms sometimes this type of work takes...in a word, Perfect!
