The service desk help was excellent and the car was perfect for our needs. The transportation driver from the rental property to the airport was rude and unhelpful. He did not help with the bags, never set a hand on one of them. He never spoke. He made only one stop at the front the departures entrances at the airport and only spoke when someone asked which airline the stop was for. He said ""all of them"". When we got inside the terminal our airline was at the opposite end of the check in gates which added additional unnecessary walking for my Husband that had a recent hip replacement surgery. It is unfortunate that our last impression from National was this employee.
