We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Blue Dot. Our sales person, Dan, was very professional and helpful and didn't pressure us or rush us at all. He answered all of our questions and gave us various options to choose from. He also advised that the installation could take place the same week that he gave us the estimate which we were pleasantly surprised to hear since it has gotten very cold here and we assumed they would be too busy to take on our job for a few weeks. The installers and technicians that came out to our house were the BEST !!! Norm, Kevin and Robbie were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we feel they were very knowledgeable and conscientious about their work. We felt very comfortable knowing that they were the ones replacing major systems in our home. Our job was a rather large one (furnace, cac and hot water heater) and they worked all day long (didn't even leave for a lunch break !) They wore booties in the house and cleaned the entire area before leaving. They were even very kind to our dogs :) We would definitely recommend Blue Dot to anyone for their heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks SO much Dan, Norm, Kevin and Robbie !!!
