I had an appointment to have my Heater checked out under my service agreement. The technician, Conner, checked things out I hadn't seen anyone else check out. He definitely knows his job and the system. He also made an emergency call when it was hot and my AC went down. He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. I have confidence that my system is working the way it is intended to work.
