I flew into Raleigh/Durham on November 04, 2014. My flight had been delayed and I was three hours late. When I arrived at the Alamo rental office, my luck began to change. I has reserved an economy car and I was ver happy to received the car I got. It was one I never heard of but it was relatively new and was very good on gas. The representative at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic about my flight delays. I returned my rental car at 4:00 am on November 11, 2014. My car was checked out quickly and I was picked up and taken to my terminal. I have rented cars from other companies but from now on ALAMO will be gettiing my business, OH...don't let me forget the price was the best part of the whole deal. I was always leary of renting economy cars but now, as least through ALAMO, I will go economy all the way. Thanks again ALAMO.......from a satisfied new customer....Brenda Bailey, Dallas, Texas
