If there was a negative rating, this company would get it. I called them for a plumbing issue in my rental home. The plumber met my tenant, fixed the immediate problem, told me I needed many pipes replaced, convinced me to buy their service plan, and arranged to meet me at the home another day to show me everything he felt needed repair. I drove 6 hours with a baby to meet him at the home, waited for 1.5 hours and then called to see where he was. I was then told he was running 3 hours late and might not make it before 5.
I asked for a copy of the report to be sent to me since I still had to drive 6 hours back home. After many calls, I still never received the info.
I then arranged for the company to do the "free" furnace and electrical maintenance that came with the service plan I was suckered into. They claimed they did the inspection, however my tenant said nobody came into the actual apartment. I again requested a copy of the report, never received it.
Customer service is completely incompetent and this company obviously doesn't care about its customers.
