Our technician, Alan Skyes, ordered or picked up the wrong part. Our furnace went out and it took over a week to get the part ordered and installed. Alan told us that it would take a few days but he didn't follow up with us to tell us if the part came in. I had to call Frymire a few days later to make sure the part was ordered. When he showed to install it, he said that he had the wrong part. He didn't schedule a new appointment with us while he was here, so I didn't know when/if he would be back the next day. I had to call the next day to find out when he was going to be back, so we could home. His communication needs improvement - it's hard to understand someone who mumbles and can't explain the gold star membership very well. I don't know if he ordered the wrong part or if he was given the wrong part. Either way, going 8 days without heat when temperatures were in the 30s - 40s was very hard.
