I have been going to Dr, Goldsmith for over 25 years. In the last couple of years going to this vet I've noticed the care & treatment have been declining. Not only with Dr. Goldsmith, but also with the staff. I brought a 2.5 pound kitten in to see him because he was feeling lethargic and just not himself. The cat was stressed because of the way he was roughly handling him and possibly the strong stench of stale urine throughout the office. He said he had to calm him and little did I know he gave him anesthesia. My cat laid on the table with his tongue hanging out and eyes glazed over, I thought he died. The cat had no temperature and he found nothing wrong with him internally after roughly prodding him. He sent me home saying he'd come out of the anesthesia with no instructions on how to monitor him.
