I recently rented a car from Enterprise, from 16-22 November, and I have to say it was a typical Enterprise rental experience for me: Great. I have not had a single even mediocre experience with this company. When I arrived at Dulles from Stuttgart I was pretty tired and had a four hour-plus drive ahead of me. The staff at Enterprise were very courteous and the woman who helped me with my car surprised me three times: She told me I had an upgrade, that the car would be brought to the door of the rental office (it was raining lightly), and joined me in the walk-around inspection of the vehicle. I sincerely regret not remembering her name - she was quick, thorough, friendly, and gave me a mini-tutorial on some features of the car. The car was immaculate inside and out. I have been renting from Enterprise for years, for business and leisure travel, including a 16' cabover truck, and only deviate if my employer has a requirement to rent from someone else or there isn't an Enterprise office at my destination. \r
