It seems I dread going to Grand Junction Subaru every time I have to go, due to the lack of customer service in the service department and lack of job knowledge and care. The last time I went for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and top off of fluids. I was told the wait would be 30minutes. I sat for 2 hours!! After finally getting my vehicle back from the service department I noticed my car didn't get a car wash and the windshield wiper light was still on, meaning that the fluid had not been topped off and if it had the light was still on meaning that there was a problem. After addressing this with the front desk I was told my sensor may be going bad, and they left it at that! I let them know that I have only had he car for 1 year and I have a full warranty and to send me away without fixing or acknowledging the issue was just what I expected from Grand Junction Subaru. Of course once that was said my car was taken back washed and fluid was probably filled at that time, along with they assured me that they would get a part in for the sensor to be fixed. Really terrible I as the customer have to tell they employees how to do their jobs correctly. I was also informed that when I brought my car in they service guys had gone to lunch, I believe customers come first not your lunch hour, what a good excuse so I honestly don't even know if I got a full oil change, and tire rotation because obviously the car wash and fluids were lacking and the employees in the service department needed a lunch. They should really work a lunch time out that doesn’t mean taking away from the customers time and care of service. I do wish that there was a closer Subaru dealership that I could take my car to and have my warranty and car taken care of how it should be since this isn’t the only time I have had a bad experience at Grand Junction Subaru.
