The store is always busy. Rude staff.. I had a appointment and the staff told me I would must likely wwould have to wait for the ten people the we're here before me. What's the point of having a appointment if I still have to work 2 1/2 hours to be helped. Another issue is the that the prices on the phones are not true. Just a scam. ..Really. What ever happened to good old fashioned customer service?
