This was my first time at physical therapy. I went for 12 treatments. There was no help in my back and leg pain. I paid my insurance co-pay every time I went according to what they had checked with the insurance company. Then I get a bill from Physiotherapy Associates and i called them and the person i spoke with was rude and told me that I needed to call the insurance company. i called them and found out that Physiotherapy Associates charged me the the basic doctor fee co-pay instead of the specialist co-pay. I also found out that they charged me for a hot/cold treatment that the insurance company did not cover and never mentioned when they were applying that the insurance company might not cover it. i would not recommend this place to anyone.
