I rented a car from them on line for a pick up at Columbus, Oh. location. I arrived and was told no reservation existed. Showed them proof and still no assistance. I had to pay for a car again at an even greater amount. \r
Upon return of car, I spoke with a different employee and they apologized, gave me credit for the car I had to rent in person, and for the gas and unauthorized insurance. For this I was very grateful. \r

I am now being charged again for the car I rented in person. This is not good way to do business. I am still waiting for credit on my charge account. We have already paid the original charge for the car rented online and it was substantially lower in cost than the one rented in person. I hope Dollar RAC comes through for their customers.
