I waited a good 45 min which isn't unusual. This was the third time I scheduled my apt for root canal. The first time was with doctor Rogers he was leaving and didn't want to start something he couldn't finish understandable. The 2 nd appt was cancelled do to remodeling. The third apt they ask what I was here for I was done I was suppose to have a certain assistant. Didn't know her or the doctor now. They said they could get me anxiety medicine I just wanted to get the procedure done by now since to begin with they thought it was a good idea to fix it and it to be urgent. They said they were getting prepared and dawn came in to review procedure and for me to sign. I signed waited 15 min later and left they were to busy I guess. I still haven't fixed my tooth waiting to get different insurance. So run . On a positive not great friendly office staff and great cleaning. Don't care for dr grosso my co worker didn't have a good experience either.
