I have Never had a worse cut and color! My hair is visibly uneven - a friend laughed when she saw my hair & asked if I had tried to cut it myself! There are 2 inch strands through out that are longer than the longest weight line and an inch differential in length sloping on one side. The butcher, Dawn had to mix up more color after color had been on my hair for over 30 mins. - seems they try to cheap out on product. \r
I called to complain and the receptionist/manager laughed at me - she sounds like she smokes 2 packs of lucky unfiltereds a day. I finally spoke to the owner Kurt and he was astonishingly rude and hung up on me. It was after that I realized that the owner, Kurt, had also been butchering some poor souls hair the day I received the same. He was loudly bragging about himself and something about being a country western performer - which was very inappropriate & rude. He was also slovenly dressed and over all unkept. It was not until I called to complain that I realized he was the owner. Please heed the warnings posted here and save yourself. I doubt that they will remain in business much longer in an industry that is about ability and customer service they have none!
