I had been having problems with my Jeep Commander off and on for about a year. Different shops had tried different things but the issues would eventually come back. The last time I had to have my Jeep jumped a woman from AAA recommended Automotion in Reno for my issues because she said they were really good with electrical problems and from what she could tell that's what my issue was. The next day I took my Jeep to Automotion and explained the problems I had been having with it. Bill the GM of the shop asked lots of questions to try and narrow down the problem. He told me he didn't think it was going to be an easy problem to identify but that they had the best guys working there to figure out the problem. It took some time but sure enough they figured it out. They stayed in touch during the process and took care of my concerns and questions with lots of patience making sure that I understood what was going on with my Jeep. I would rate the experience as a 10. Everyone I encountered was wonderful!
