I appreciated the professional manner in which my friend, Mary Ellen Ross, was cared for. My late husband, was in the funeral business for years and we were part owners in a facility. I liked the individual room where the cremains were displayed as well as your staff's consideration of my feelings. I do recommend that you supply some sort of container (shopping bag) for the cremains to be carried in. It is also a good advertisement. The new reusable bag material is also a good idea.
