I recently had taken my bosses vehicle in to be serviced. It is a 2008 RAV4. From the moment I pulled on to that lot to the moment I pulled off it was nothing but a wonderful experience. I was greeted and helped almost the very moment I showed up. The man who helped me was Ryan Patrick. He was very thorough and caring during the whole process. Caring isnt a term general used when talking about car work but he just cared so much about helping me that it was wonderful! I was unsure as to what my boss had wanted done besides the oil change and instead of adding extra services on without considering my feelings Ryan made sure to care and be as gentle during the process as possible. He never made me feel inferior or as if I was spoken down to. He took great care when offering be all the services and recommendations on the vehicle. I am so grateful he was there to put me at ease and take me through the process step by step. I don't know what I would have done without him. Everytime I go I am going to ask for Ryan. He had a way of coming off real to his customer. When he was helping me I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a valued friend.
