I have had a mixed experience with Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley. It was a great first year, horrible second half, and am now arriving to a terrible ending.
I'm in a situation right now where they're trying to break my lease, which was set from July to July, because the person that owns the unit is trying to make a short sale. If that short sale goes through, it would lead to me receiving a 30 days to vacate notice. So, needless to say, I'm disappointed and more than a little mad at them.
As far as the day to day stuff goes, it takes a few tries to get a hold of them, especially regarding repairs, which is inconvenient. They definitely need better communication with their tenants, so that we don't keep getting the short end of the stick. I probably wouldn't recommend them.
