Began working with ABA on 9-24 to have my Whirlpool gas range repaired. 2 attempts were made and the technician had the wrong parts, Finally on 10/24 they scheduled my repair between 8 am & noon. I was called at 11:31 & advised that the tech's were on the way approx. 1 hour later I called and was advised they were stuck in traffic and would be 1 hour longer. Called again at 2:08 & was advised that they had a issue with the job before mine and that is why the delay. No one ever called me to inform me of a delay. When the tech completed the repair I questioned why a burner looked out of position & was advised that it was idiot proof & would only fit the way they had it. The strange part is when my wife complained about the burners being switched they immediately took it apart and arranged it the way they were before the repair began. I will not use this company again
