They don't care if you're not happy. They are not interested. Call another major cleaning service. They break something and they really don't give a sh*t. Rather than asking the value, you need to go re purchase it and give them receipt. They are morons, some things are very hard to replace and they are incredibly RUDE on the phone!! They don't get hard to reach areas, my place still has dust everywhere and they're not interested in referrals or repeat customers. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!
