We just had our house tented a month ago (9/10/2014).....and while the service of killing my termites was good they also managed to kill all my plant life sorrounding my house. They indicated some items could get damged in their waiver. They just never stated that they would die outright. Palms I planted over 12 years ago now have to be removed. On top of that....their follow is weak at best. It took them one month to tell me they could not do anything for me because I signed a waiver (10/14/2014). My suggestion is to go with a national company similar to Orkin....as you are guaranteed to at least have a voice. While local companies like Al FLex are looking to get in and get out....and not worry about the bad work and leaving you with the bill to fix the damage they have committed.....\r

Service Manager- Manny Guzman-Nice and personable but had to follow up over a three week period since he did not call me back...only to hear they could do nothing for me....because I signed a waiver. \r
