I've worked for Mitchell 1 ,13yrs and now at Mitchell International. I sold the software they used to fix my car. I've never had such a great experience. They communicated everything , didn't over charge me , didn't over sell me on things I didn't need fixed. Also explained the work that needed fixed and items that I could hold off on. I know the automotive world very well and I highly recommend this shop. On top of doing a great job the people Dave & Ron are amazing , friendly and caring. I just moved to Santee and am happy I found a shop I love. I have already told others about it. Since I have the software I can check to see that everything was charged and entered properly for labor and they were perfect. They weren't just trying to fix my car and get me out of there..
