I bought a new Fusion to replace my 06 Fusion which was highly reliable for the last 8 years but had high mileage. After 2 weeks this new car has a major failure and I'm without the car for 1 week waiting for repair. Every day I would call to get status and be told they were waiting for another new part, I would have thought that the parts needed would be readily available and the repair not take a week. My previous Fusion had 238K miles and never had any maintenance or repairs take more than a day, and all of the minor repairs combined over the years didn't total to a week. Hope no other malfunctions as everything else about the car is great. more
