Terrible experience and customer service. We were with them for 7 years. Nothing but problems with delivery and billing. The customer service is horrible. The only positive, was the delivery driver. He was the only one that had any customer service skills. I am sorry that I stayed with them as long as I did. They kept asking to give them one more chance. I'm done!
