I took my vehicle in for a complete interior detail. When I picked my vehicle up it still smelled like it did when I dropped it off. Not even any fresh scent,or clean smell at all.
I could specifically smell vomit coming out of the seat cushions,and the back of the drives seat still had discolored debris on it,which I later wiped of with a wet ones wipe.
After looking me in the eye,and saying he can't smell anything,I pretty much demanded a discount. They were going to try and charge $267.95 after taxes,then removed environmental fees which discounted $107.
I still paid $160 for basically nothing.
I will never go back,and If I would've read the reviews like I normally do,I would have never gone here.
Along with poor service,they are very unprofessional in both appearance,and in communications.
