Not long ago I had a serious water leakage problem. I called Roto-Rooter and within a few hours two of their plumbers showed up. They assessed the situation and gave me a cost estimate to fix it. They went to work on it and finished in a few hours. Afterwards, they explained to me exactly what they did and why. They were very professional and courteous. I’ve had no issues at all since they fixed it. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced…..what more could you want ???
