I've had plenty of bad and mediocre rental experiences - horror stories in some cases, but I have to say, I truly don't believe I have encountered this level of service in recent history. Yes, they always have plenty of cars and GPS or whatever I need, no matter how late I arrive, but more importantly, their customer-facing staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. After a day's flight across the country, there's always smile and friendly conversation from the shuttle driver. The staff is quick to help if there's a problem with the car I choose and once, I was returning a car for the night and planning on walking the less than 1/2 mile to a nearby hotel but the staff insisted on calling the airport hotel shuttle and having them stop there to give me a lift - and it took two phone calls to make that happen - very sweet of them and something they did not have to offer me. I know LaGuardia has a wierd rep, but I fly in there in some part, because of the great rental experience I
