Good Afternoon, My Car Rental was for 10/3/14 to 10/7/14 rental agreement 436925. My car rental had several stall and stop issues that caused me to be in a lot of danger. I reported this problem to the Rental Agents and I was informed that the type to car I had the gears were change from stick shift to manual and they never told me of the stall and stop issue with the car. I did this many times as I was driving and I thought it was a transmission problem. After I was told by the Agent that this is normal for the type of car I felt they thought I should have known this and I felt they should have informed me of this situation before I got the car. I think it was the Ford Focus. I fell if you company is aware of situation with certain cars it was you responsibilty to let me make the choice for myself to accept a car like this.
