I just sat outside of oyamas sushi & grill for a total of an hour!!! I was freezing as I sat outside with my friend wondering where the cab I had called was. I called century cab, to talk to the rudest lady ever, who proceeded to tell me that the cab that was coming to get us had gotten a FLAT TIRE, by this point I was very unhappy and freezing. I asked her if she thought it would've been a good idea to inform us of the cab driver getting a flat which she then responded with ""it's not my problem, I'm the dispatcher"" I asked if I could get a discount or something, her response was ""we don't do discounts"", very very horrible customer service, horrible experience, an how much did we get off, 50 ¢, I would not reccomend this cab company to my worst enemy!!!
