We were coming off a cruise. The van was right there to pick us up. Great service from Joe. Our car had a wet seat in the back which we did not notice at first. We took the car back and were upgraded for free due to inconvenience. The only draw back was a steep drop off charge for a 20 mile difference. We took the car in San Pedro and dropped it off at LAX which is only 20 miles away. That drop off charge should be voided for such a small distance.
