Awful. was quoted one rate then when I went to check out was charged almost $500 more than quoted or amost a 100% overcharge. Did not need a GPS but associate stated one would just be oprovided at no charge because they had plenty. I was charged. However, the GPS thrown in for free was broken so couldn;t be rented to anyone any way. But I was charged for it. Tried to get things correct at check out. waiting in line so long I almost missed my flight. I was assured it wuld be corrected and a correct reciept would be sent to me. Two days later , a reciept that was still wrong was emailed to me. I emailed back - called - emailed agin -- and no one EVER responded. I am disputing the credit card charge.
