We used AAA for about 3 years until we just got fed up with their incompetence! They never got our pets chart updated even though we gave them the info multiple times and the final time we went there the experience was horrendous. Our 2 year old cat had diarrhea and was extremely lethargic when we took him in. He was so sick that he defacated on me in the car on the way to the office (I didn't care because he's my baby). When we got there I was crying because he was so sick and before they even put us in a room they wanted to know how we were paying for the visit. I understand he needs to be paid, but seriously??? Once we got in a room and the Dr came he was very cold and nonchalant about our pets illness(even though I was still crying). Almost $300 and a 5 minute office visit later, I was furious! We now go to Villa Rica Animal Hospital...wonderful folks!
