The items I purchased I am happy with so far. The delivery person did not turn on the ice maker which should have been part of the service.

Were sorry for your unfortunate experience. It appears that perhaps some packing material may have been left inside your rocker/recliner that our Delivery Person overlooked along with turning your ice maker on.
