I know it must be very hard to run a service department. Everyone showing up late, service taking longer than expected, etc. That being said, I showed up on time and after 45 min, seeing my car still sitting there in the service lane, I had to leave to go for a walk before I got mad. Really, my total time waiting was 2hrs and they said "about 1.5" so it wasn't that bad. The few times I've had to bring it in, it sits for quite some time before it is even started. All things aside, Auburn VW has gone out of their way for me on several occasions so I'll be back.
