First time very unhappy with A to Z 1/29/2014

We were very unhappy with our latest service. The Service man called and told my wife what needed to be done. She had done what needed immediate attention and what we could afford and informed him that we would discuss what needed to be done next and make an appt for the next week. The service tech was oviously not happy and when the car was picked up there was no list of what was services that were needed and costs. How can we discuss what needs to be done if the information isn't provided to us in writing. In addition we had the head lights and horn fixed and now the dash light doesn't work. :( more
